Saint Simons Island Condo

Located on the beach of Ponce Inlet, Florida, this three-bedroom, two-bath apartment was designed as a personal retreat for a client who wanted a home that felt entirely her own. Our client envisioned this Florida getaway as a place to escape, recharge, and have a little fun—with no need to compromise on color, pattern, or personality.

The apartment was completely remodeled, with the exception of the existing kitchen cabinetry and countertops. The design was intentionally bold, playful, and layered, bringing together vibrant colors, expressive patterns, and unexpected details to create a space that feels joyful and distinctly personal.

For this project, the client placed complete trust in our team from beginning to end. We curated every element of the home, beginning with the initial mood boards and continuing through detailed custom cabinetry, finishes, doors, furnishings, artwork, and accessories. Even the smallest details were considered, all the way down to the bed linens and toothbrush holders.

With nothing left to chance, every selection was made to work together as part of one cohesive vision. The result is a colorful, playful coastal retreat that feels completely removed from everyday life—a home designed not for everyone else, but simply for her.
