Having previously worked with these clients on their first residence, we were thrilled when they returned to us to design their new, larger condominium within the same community. This time, the vision was clear: a home that felt glamorous and sophisticated, while remaining serene, timeless, and effortlessly inviting.
The design centers around an elevated neutral palette, layered with rich textures, refined finishes, and generous touches of brass. Rather than feeling overly ornate, the metallic accents were thoughtfully balanced with soft, calming tones to create a sense of understated luxury.
Every detail was selected with the feeling of a private retreat in mind. The result is a peaceful, polished home that feels both glamorous and comfortable—a sophisticated escape designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the beauty of coastal living.
